Meet The Owner
Brent Peddecord, owner of Brake Busters, has worked in the automotive industry for almost two decades. As an Army Veteran, after service, he dedicated himself to the automotvie industry. He attended specialty training while working in the automotive industry learning as much as possible about vehicles and how to repair them.
Having worked in places such as Evans Tire, Mossy Nissan of El Cajon, and Midas has exposed him to the big brand companies of today. Working in small auto shops such as C&D Auto Care and others has created a lot of relationships with reputable shop owners and has led to his success in the industry. He now has turned his focus into running his own business of auto repair.
His vision is to start out small and mobile eventually moving into an established building and bringing with him the knowledge and tools to take care of your vehicles.

We take the stress out of making special plans in your busy schedule to bring your vehicle into a repair shop by coming to you. Set up to work at your home, we utilize battery operated impacts to keep noise down. Parts are locally sourced if available and repairs can be done in one visit.
All parts will have a warranty. Brakes have a 12 month, 12,000 mile warranty on parts and 90 day warranty on labor unless vehicle is a gross mileage vehicle (UBER, DOORDASH, LYFT, or other service vehicles).
Being completely mobile and having low overhead allows for our pricing to undercut dealership and most repair shops.

Centrally located in San Diego near Mission Valley allows for us to travel to you with ease. Serving San Diego areas from Chula Vista to Alpine and as far North as Rancho Bernardo.
If you are on a dirt road or a hard to get to place, we have you covered. We have another mobile unit able to get to you that has been fitted with jacks, a toolbox, and power outlets to power lighting if needed for night time.

Brake Busters sources quality parts locally for your vehicles needs. All parts and labor we provide carry a warranty. Just a few examples of part manufactures we source parts from include Moog, Fel-Pro, NGK, AC Delco, Mopar, Motorcraft, Denso, Delphi, KYB, Bilstein, Fox Shocks, Sachs, and more.
If someone has replaced your struts and put them together incorreclty, you will notice a knocking sound and it may feel like the suspension is loose. You can count on Brake Busters to put your struts back together the proper way. Whether its with factory coils or lift coils, the process is something that should not change.

Today, all parts of vehicles can be purchased online, in a store, or sometimes be purchased second hand. Brake Busters can install customer supplied parts, however there would not be a way to warranty the part or labor as it is not a part provided by us.
